Outlays are incurred in obtaining medical and financial reports. We fund the outlays by organising with our bank to extend our firm’s overdraft to fund such outlays and this overdraft loan is repayable only upon the successful conclusion of your matter.

Should your case be successful we recover an application fee of $250.00, plus interest and a margin of 3% of the current standard commercial rates. Presently such interest would be at 15% per annum. Such costs are solicitor/client deducted from the claim at the end of the matter and are not recoverable from the defendant.
